The platform aims to connect the various pieces of the content, such as health-related news and stories, a network of health experts and practitioners, as well as partnerships with relevant health, wellness and lifestyle brands.

Functionalities that ties back to very specific content groups. Discover and Community is derived from the customers’ needs for verified knowledge and peer supports while My Health Data and My Profile connects the immediate health conditions and medical records to the claims and other insurance related information.
Onboarding Quiz
Simple image-driven questions based on different key lifestyle categories. Answers to these questions form the basis of the very first round of the discovery feed for new users.
Health Dashboard
The health dashboard is meant to be a flexible space for user to view information that are important to them. A key feature is the ability to connect with health providers who are covered by the insurance and their appointment booking system.
Role: Design lead for App concept
Tasks included collaborating closely with internal and client Strategy team to define business and user goals, defining personas based on research and interviews, finalize concept direction for the app, defining key functionalities, outlining user journeys, to visualization and prototypes of key tasks.
